Properties Facing Foreclosure,Firm Files Federal Lawsuit

Rodney Brenneman,and Your Home Solution filed a Federal Lawsuit Monday March 17th against St. Bernard Parish.Brenneman's property management firm manages over 70 residential properties in St. Bernard Parish outside of New Orleans.YHS has clients with over 130 properties facing foreclosure.Most of the properties are rented to tenants receiving FEMA rental assistance.Officials from the Parish have passed a rental ordinance making it nearly impossible to rent your property inside the Parish.The lawsuit draws attention to the unconstitutional nature of the ordinance.YHS,and it's clients fully expect to receive relief through the courts,as well as compensation for their losses.Due to mortgage hardships,these properties are able to be purchased at huge discounts.
